Chairman
Retired from the DOD as an Environmental Specialist after 15 years. Served 23 years in the US Army. Earned a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources from Empire State College and a Masters in Education from Trident University. 1980 graduate of David H. Hickman High School.
James T. Turner
Co-Chairman
Owner of Santy Properties LLC.
Certified Building Trades Specialists Master Carpenter. Retired from the University of Missouri after 31 years of service with the Planning, Design, and Construction Department, Chief Union Steward for 20 years, and a union contract negotiating team member for 28 years. 1979 graduate of David H. Hickman High School.
